These simple terms cover the Fruit Captain preview website and launch waitlist.
Preview status
Fruit Captain is in development. Website previews, planned pricing, features, release timing, and coach availability may change before the App Store release. Joining the waitlist does not purchase, reserve, or guarantee access to the app.
Fitness information
Fruit Captain provides general fitness motivation and planning, not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or individualized care from a physician, dietitian, or certified trainer. Stop activity and seek appropriate help for pain, dizziness, chest pain, trouble breathing, or other concerning symptoms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, submit another person’s email without permission, or interfere with other visitors’ access.
Waitlist messages are sent only after confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in any launch email or contact hello@fruitcaptain.com.
